Tantra is an ancient practice called by some “the Yoga of life”. It is about the expansion of our consciousness and liberation from the blocks that keep us confined, so we can find our way back to oneness within ourselves and align with the ever expanding world of all possibilities we live in.

People who practice Tantra have reported that they feel more alive, and at peace in their body, relieved of anxiety or depression, experience a boost in their self confidence, their pleasure sensations and  feel more fulfilling connections within themselves and with others. Nurtured in their heart, one can experience enhanced and ecstatic bliss in intimacy, sensuality and sexuality previously unattained. It is a path that continues to positively unfold, and can be a portal with which to travel into other dimensions and prepare for the journey of our soul after death, which relieves so much of our daily stresses.  Because most importantly it improves the here and now: our journey that continues to blossom until our last breath.

Traditionally Tantra is a path to enlightenment, the sacred union with all that is. It is a spiritual science that is more ancient than most of the leading world religions today and a powerful way to tap into our inherent life force energy to reach one’s full potential in this lifetime.

This life force that runs through our body is created by circulating the sexual energy - which is the primal energy that creates life - into all areas of the body. This happens naturally, in the average person, due to unbalanced modern lifestyle, however only to a small percentage. The good news is: With this practice it is greatly enhanced! You feel more alive and fulfilled. It improves your direct and personal connection to everything around you. The energy that enters through the sacral chakra (the energy center at the base of the spine) as the raw energy of creation. We connect to the physical world through our root and sacral chakras.

Sexual Integrity from a holistic point of view is created by an open flow of our sexual/life force energy through our entire being. When the sacral chakra is cleaned out and open we engage fully in life. We feel the world responding to our energy as we respond to it. We are connected to all of creation.

liberating the energy flow, allows you to become free of stuck, stale energy that, similar to clogged pipes, creates all sorts of problems in the bodies. The stuck energy is created through physical, emotional, mental trauma and can be released and sequenced out of with this sacred practice. A new level of well being is reached. You might have heard of the term Kundalini rising: This means the blocked energies are released and free to flow.

When you tap into your sexuality from a holistic perspective, you feel your effect on the world and its effect on you. You feel deeper fulfilling connections, as the energy of the universe flows freely through you. You feel love for nature, a breeze or rays of sunshine on your skin, sounds of laughter, the smile of your beloved. You feel out into the world through your sexual and heart energy centers and touch into the essence of all life around you. When feeling the ebb and flow of energy around you,  the abundance is present in each moment. A fullness of presence and openness - the awe of life becomes available to you with each breath.

And the breath! What pleasure, breathing in more energy all the time, filling yourself, feel the connection between your breath and your sexuality, allowing the world to penetrate you as you penetrate it with your entire being.
